Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using Ed’s Onsite Parts, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders placed before 10 AM qualify for same-day delivery by 2 PM.
  • Orders placed after 10 AM will be delivered on the next business day, unless otherwise specified.
  • Free delivery is available within Southwestern Manitoba.

3. Payments

  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards (via Stripe).
  • Interac e-Transfer support is coming soon for Canadian customers.
  • All payments must be completed before order processing.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final due to the nature of our business.
  • If a part is defective or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a possible replacement.

5. Requesting a Part

  • If a part is unavailable, use the “Request a Part” form.
  • Upload images and provide details to help us find the correct part for you.

6. Order Tracking & Status Updates

  • Track your order status through your account.
  • Status updates include: In Progress, On the Way, Delivered.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Ed’s Onsite Parts is not responsible for incorrect part selection by the customer.
  • We do not provide installation services. Ensure proper use before purchasing.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We collect necessary data (name, phone, address) to complete orders.
  • Your payment details are secured and not stored by us.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Please review them periodically.
